A comfort after tenseness
a lovely lake near our hall
A little late to inform, but I had my first exam on Friday. Somehow I was feeling pretty freaked out on Thursday night for all my usual optimism on exam eve. Exam was okay since I could at least complete all the questions and two essays. Actually, no matter the mark is going to be, I was kind of feeling contented with myself having been able to sit and take the same exam with other local students, which I could never imagine this time of last year. I'm just simply happy.
After the exam, I met up with my friends and enjoyed our lunch with too early feeling of emancipation:) I have one more round in two weeks, and I'll be finishing all my tasks for this semester.
Yesterday, I managed to spend some time with myself ; I went to Chadstone and did great shopping. I discovered one cute shop and ended up buying a kind of crazy outfit;) But it was such a quality time, and washed all my exam stress away. Only thing is I'm too scared to see my receipts...I spent a lot. Also I talked with my sister this afternoon. She is going back to Japan in two weeks but she sounded rather happier than sad. I was also happy to know her enjoying the last moments of her year in the States. Well done Misha! I think you had a great year. You can see another uni life of my sister at: http://mishalognet.blogspot.com/. Here at Monash, some exchange students are also leaving for their home country.
Well, life here is becoming something more tangible.
Hope you too had a good weekend!
